Biography: Professor Dr. Noor Hazlina Ahmad is the Dean of the School of Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and specialises in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Intrapreneurship. She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and currently holds a Scopus H-index of 36, given her publications in high-impact journals in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Organisational Behaviour. Her academic leadership includes serving as President of the Asian Academy of Management (from 2013 to the present), Deputy Editor of the Asian Academy of Management Journal, and serving on various national boards and advisory panels. She has engaged in several consultancy projects with the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry Malaysia. She is also a principal consultant for multiple government and professional development programmes, including initiatives under the Ministry of Higher Education, the Malaysia Technology Development Corporation, the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority, the Association of Certified Integrity Officers (ACeIO) Malaysia, and various state government agencies in Malaysia.

Biography: As a regionally known professional logistician and professor of practice (logistics), Dato' Chang brings over three decades of practical experience in logistics, especially maritime logistics. Currently, besides serving as the President of the Society of Logisticians Malaysia (LogM) and Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (Penang Section), he is the Director of Sea Consortium Sdn Bhd (for X-Press Feeders) and AK Shipping Sdn Bhd, as well as the Chief Executive of AK Academy (an authorised centre for Genovasi University College in Penang, covering northern Malaysia). He received his tertiary education at the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, the University of Bolton, and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), respectively, and possesses a PhD from USM. USM presented Dato' Chang with the "Distinguished Alumni Award" in 2025. As of today, Dato' Chang has trained and produced more than 600 professional logisticians in Malaysia. Additionally, Dato' Chang also serves as an industry advisor and programme assessor in logistics, transport, and supply chain for several universities and institutions of higher learning and is actively involved in various government, industry, and community-related services and advisory roles, including alternative dispute resolutions for local, regional, and international trades.

Biography: Professor Dr. Loke Siew-Phaik is a Professor at the Faculty of Business and Management, Quest International University (QIU), Malaysia, where she actively contributes to teaching, research, and academic leadership. She is dedicated to advancing quality higher education and fostering dynamic learning environments that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and adaptability required in an increasingly complex and technology-driven world. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia. In recognition of her contributions to higher education, she received the National Outstanding Educator (University Category) Merit Award in 2023 and the UK Council for Graduate Education (UKCGE) Research Supervision Recognition in 2025. Her research interests include artificial intelligence in education, digital learning, business strategy, supply chain management, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and higher education pedagogy. She has published extensively in international journals and conferences and is actively involved in mentoring and developing the next generation of educators and researchers.

Biography: Alhamzah Al Sayed Noor is an Assistant Professor at A’Sharqiyah University (ASU) in Oman, specializing in Strategic Management and Operations Research. He earned his MSc with First Class Honors from Southern Technical University in 2013, followed by an MBA from the University of Basra in 2016. Dr. Alnoor completed his PhD at the Faculty of Management, University of Science Malaysia, in 2022. Additionally, he received a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the School of Computer Science at Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang in 2024. His research interests encompass strategic management, business ethics, leadership, human resource management, organizational psychology, organizational sociology, innovation, entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), technology adaptation, and social commerce. Dr. Alnoor has published over 94 research articles in journals indexed by WOS and Scopus, with publications in high-quality journals such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and Business Strategy and the Environment. He also serves as an editor for various journals under Wiley, ScienceDirect, and Springer. Additionally, he is a member of the editorial boards of several prestigious academic journals and has authored multiple books published by Springer and Emerald. Notably, Dr. Alnoor was ranked among the top 2% of scientists based on Stanford University 2024 and 2025 metrics.

Biography: Dr. rer. nat. Zhongli Chen is an associate professor at the College of Environment and Ecology, Chongqing University, China. He got his PhD degree in the field of Environment Chemistry at RWTH Aachen University, Germany in 2015. His professional activities comprise the Steering Committee of Science and Risk Communication of SETAC, Steering Committee of Plant Interest Group of SETAC, Member and group leader of the International Panel on Chemical Pollution (IPCP), Committee member of the Ecohydrology Youth Network UNSCO, and associate editor of the journals Environmental Sciences Europe (ESEU), and Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management (IEAM). He services as Peer reviewer for Environmental Science & Technology, Water Research, etc. His special interests are (i) structural and dynamic of ecosystem functional service, with special focus on river and reservoir, (ii) investigate chemical activity in the multimedia environment driving the partitioning, fate and effects of environmental pollutants and (iii) ecosystem risk assessment, control strategy and ecological restoration for complex environmental exposure. He has got more than 20 international and national level projects in China, and publicized more than 50 academic papers.
